I am the authorized distributor for Beast Sports Nutrition.

Yes the formula did change a little bit, they actually gave you more types of creatine per serving. The only ingredient they removed was the Vanadium Citrate where they replaced it by 3 root extracts to take its place instead. Personally, I love the vanadium citrate but their reasoning behind the move was to make the product as natural as possible wrt keeping synthetic ingredients to a minimum, which is what they do with all their products. The BEAST super test is the greatest testiment of this. Intaking vanadium, while has amazing benefits with beast's creatine formula can actually be harmful to healthy users since its used on diabetics, so it's actually a good move by the company. See the following:

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5728391

I actually have a bottle of the old label creatine that im currently using, I may have 1 more new green label, I will double check for you and let you know.

Wrt the MP creatine, from the reviews I have been getting, its pretty weak infront of the creature. Even con-cret doesn't really match up.

On another note, Vanadium Citrate mimics insulin in a sense. So it actually causes your muscle cells to absorb the creatine upon intake, this is why your first trial of the product was so breathtaking, and with any first usage of most products until you get accustomed or like most of us, complacent. Since it no longer has the vanadium citrate, I personally make sure I have either a handful of grapes or a descent size banana with my creature and I am still seeing results and it works just fine. Just apply the science to the product usage and you surely wont be disappointed while keeping it all natural and healthy.

Kenny's Sport Centre
I have 2 pairs from Kenny's, costs more than the pair I bought from Sports and Games
Quality is miles better though
Handles are thicker, spinlock collars are heavier and are more sturdier constructed and overall it's a bit longer so i can fit one more 10lb plate on each side

After the first two days it's like nothing. Ingredients contain extract from shell fish though if that means anything to you.

Pop 3 pills with breakfast and 3 with your last meal. Some people reduce the dosage since the vitamins are already way higher per dosage than typically recommended.

I don't get sick often...if I feel a virus coming on I get over it within 3 days. CNS recovery? I can't say if I have improved over when I wasn't taking it...up until recently I was lacking sufficient sleep.

How do you all know your vitamin is actually working?

Progress slowed.
Training reduced to 4 days a week - 2 days med intensity cardio for 40-60 mins
2 days weight training for 2 - 2.5 hrs.

want to clean up my diet even more, maybe go on a two month hard cut in conjunction with the IF regime.
Don't mind losing some of the little gainz to get rid of this adipose fat.

Up til this day i suffer from dat sheit....i couldnt train upper body at all...did rehab for 4 days a week for 4 mnths until i thought i bullet proof my shoulder..but doing some deadlift raised it again. I bought a tens machine online and ice while using it and plenty elastic band pulling...youtube some rehab exercises.but be careful ...dont train if you getting pain.

Got my power tower, long weekend coming up so I can assemble the damn thing.

The last time it took me over 2 hours to assemble the decline bench, because f*ck instructions.

Gonna do pullups and dips and vkr til my Rooster falls off.

I got that when I did incline presses on the Smith machine.
I took Glucosamine Chrondoitin and MSM, with free weights and rotator cuff recovery exercises.
Still pained when I did exercises, but I just worked through it and recovered. I didn't stop working out.

Question: Why dudes coming to the gym smelling sweeter than the b*tches @ the front desk?
I was in there yesterday and though i was at a perfume counter. More cologne than i've ever smelled in anywhere in my life.

bench press machines are notorious for causing rotator cuff injuries.

Poorly positioned handles - too high or low - are the culprits

I stick to barbells

wrong...improper form and imbalances be it at birth or while growing up coupled with insufficient rotator cuff exercises/development causes impingement!!! i got it from the big kahuna and flat bench aggravates it as well as flyes...sticking to incline/decline with both barbell/dumbbell works! machines are designed to remove the structural integrity that u get with free weights, so if ur a machine man...aka girl.... be my guest.

^^^^ thats correct...i used to hit mainly flat bench all the time for chest..started to get the shoulders comin forward a little having that slouch over look. After my rehab..started to focus on rear delts alot and incline / decline ..and it worked. Have a more upright shoulder position with rear delts pulling it back, still get pain now then when my form gets sloppy from trying to lift too heavy, but it can be corrected.

Finally got some sweat on the new power tower.
Did much better than I thought, especially this wad my first attempt at both.
in addition to my normal sweat
Got 5 sets of pullups, 9 9 8 7 6, good slow form although coming to the end it was hard to get my chin over the bar.
6 x 10 vkr
which is better tho wide grip or narrow?
