BTW... I have a question

So at my grandmother's house some years ago they dug up some space to lay a foundation.. but the space remained dug up for a while and gathered some water.. and there were fishes in the water after a while you know the little black/brown drain fish... where did the fished come from? it have no drain close by...

Well what happens is birds that fly down for water or food source near the banks of rivers and ponds picks up dirt on the webbed feet then they fly to other ponds like yours and that is how it happens............

Don't forget the lowly 5-6 " drone spoon and downrigger, that's kings and wahoo right there.

The rule seem to be dark colors at night bright colors in the day. Pros say black/purple skirts are killer but it think color barely matters half of the time. I used a knocker rig once where i painted the sinker white lol and i got a snapper on it. Alot of guys say you can put a hook of the trolling lead and you might get a hit on that initially lol.

mankeys has a whole range of skirts and trolling lures, don't forget your floss if you're using ballyhoo. Some guys use a pro squid lure instead to save money on ballyhoo. i think i saw ilander bullet heads last time i looked.

Well from what I'm understanding from you guys, plus internet feeds-

ilander heavyweight deep water lure->glow bead->squid skirt with weight in head->glow bead->double inline hooks

This seems to be the best thus far, reason being it's what's used by the pro's and has a high rate of success in the tournament lines

What you guys think?

There's a road along the manzan stretch at the sea wall, you often see persons selling watermelon, in there the houses are built around dredged land and there's tons of conch and cascadoo, the residents there you'll often see with a short pole and line catching in front of their homes :D.

Black islander with a pink squid below has been working wonders on the kingfish and barracouda up here. I have seen persons in the states having good luck with shimano waxwing jigs. http://www.meltontackle.com/products/shimano-waxwing-jigs.html
