yea i dont install updates.. ever... before i did over the OS.. i wasnt getting a BSOD... my pc wud just freeze.. for like a few seconds.. the screen wud go blank and then come back on.. and that same message used to come up... this ussually happened while trying to play high res movies and stuff..

could be video card crashing.. i had that problem once before jus changed my gpu and it was good after.. could be windows updates also those things messing up my pc rite now.. cus i forgot to take dem of..

do u guys think amd fx processors will work on 890gx gigabyte board.. i heard there were bios update for it but not seeing any really..

my gpu was having this problem at stock freq, sometimes the transistors degrade over time if your gpu was at the bottom of the bin

feel i wanna spend a 2k-2500(or less) to upgrade this POS i had posted here in may

all parts from amazon, any advice?

computer will only be used for...word processing and internet. no games or video editing or anything like that

If is only for word processing and internet use you doh HAVE to upgrade that, those specs fine enough to do those things.

^^ i agree with HCCA there... theres no need to upgrade, cuz with 2500 u can get a hell of a word processing system..lol

ohhh got the same error again... rofl. and today... i noticed when using my kvm... when i tried to go back to my main pc... it wasnt working... oh yes... i hope this thing doesnt die soon... all this sheit happening since i redo windows... :rofl:

what do yall show on your monitors? Just something thats appealing to the eye that i can put to run when im not using the machine or to demo the monitor (please dont tell me a sceen saver).I already have a few nvidia demos but i want something else

i take it off... unless you dont pay your electricity bill, I'd advise you do the same...

Your PC's NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 does not meet the game's recommended requirements.
