that was a low speed accident ..... when you pull on a truck so close to its front left the driver doesn't see you and keeps rolling. Notice how the car is pressed up against the truck. Driver probably didn't know he even hit that Nissan until he heard the crunching of metal

Probably try to pull on to the highway doing 20km/hr. I see too many people that don't know how to use an acceleration lane.
