Positivity rate crossed 10% in Denmark and the Danes declared they no longer have a realistic basis for tracking case numbers. International average in the developed world was under 5% until a few weeks ago.

those sick people delaying testing are going to present to the ER with worse symptoms next week. By that time might be too late for some of them.
