bought a bulk tub of D.A.A. powder from NPlanet on sale and it worked good for me. Felt a tad more energy, "erect" n got leaner n slightly stronger. As with most stuff, u hadda cycle it every 8 wks. ~3g is the daily rec dose. U will/may need a lil estro blocker if u prone to estrogen related sides. DAA is really the ONLY stuff that raises levels a lil on the natty side as opposed to steroids/gear/test...good addition to PCT therapy. Nowadays manyafew companies are incorporating it into their "test boosters" but how much are u really getting?

Was planning to buy a bottle of test powder from usp labs. But using half the serving 1.5 grams instead. It should i stick with the 3 grams?

3.2-3.5 grams cus a little is lost along the way via enzymes etc... just make sure ur getting the full daily dose! if not, just get pure DAA + a normal test booster for the estro blocking aspect.... but then again, having an all-in-1 booster is more cost effective if u prefer the estro blockers + tribulus,maca,longjack etc along with the DAA built in... i believe Mutant Test has everything u want

if u now started using it....imo dont use it too much.... stick with something less potent like assault or c4 or something.....because with almost 400mg of caffeine nothing else will have an effect on you

Now gona start taking a supplement for the first time. Bought a 5 lb gold standard whey protein and will pick up a c4 pre workout. Just a basic start off. Also going to pick up some fish oil to take along with everything too.

Any little tips for a newcomer to the supplements world? On the workout days, mon-thurs and sat, I plan on drinking a shake in the morning and one post workout. Will not use the c4 every workout tho....just the days I really need a boost or want to go extra hard.

D.A.A have been studied. But limited. There is no significant gain. As for C4, best you drink a cup of coffee, and take a serving of 2700 amino, with a multi mineral vitamin. Let the body produce hormones on its own naturally. Better end results. Increased strength, agility, stamina, improved sharpness of the mind, as you age.

Tried beast super test ,worked real good,got leaner,lifts went up ,felt real nice,alpha male feeling.went you finish however that is another story,everything went down. I say use creatine , protein and eat like a mofo.

yea well u wake up early, go up north, catch fish, come home prepare n cook it while i just pop a pill .... i find puritan's pride line of health products are the best bang for buck!

Thanks. That has a EPA/Serving: 430mg - DHA/Serving: 290mg

And serving size of 1 capsule, not bad. Will look around for it. Its much better than the ON ones for sure from what I read.

With MP a serving is one soft gel... Really great... No fishy aftertaste or burps...

Didnt get through to him at first so I end up calling crystal and mentioned someone from tuner recommend them, so she called out a real name but I said I just know his username as dougla boy......she was like ohhhhh goshhhhhhh....I could have imagined the facepalm over the phone

I was going to pick up a C4 later today but after looking through bess body facebook stuff, I saw the Assault pre workout. Looks good too. That won pre workout award on bodybuilder.com in 2012 and C4 won it in 2013. The C4 has creatine in it....any advice for a beginner?
