Lol, i never had any biceps, only now its starting to show, really changed form and focus with squeeze and elbow position in the bicep routine.

I'm jumping on some clenbuterol very soon to see whats under there.

*fingers crossed*

Protein biosynthesis takes place within 6 to 8 times a year. For people to gain what will takes year, within 2 months, leaves me to wonder.

I'm not referring to you in anyway pertaining to the gains. Except for the drug you gonna take for cuts. I'm wondering if you took any other kinda drug. Not putting you down in anyway. But I am curious as to what you take, other than what you eat. As for the protein biosynthesis, I was told about it from a biochemist.

After being around friends, male and female, who train just like me, to see some of them probably twice or three times my size, in two months, I could only wonder. I have been looking at many products out there. And have found out steroids are popular and can be easily bought. I wonder now, is there anyone who trains natural again. As for me, so far, I have used one tub of great gains years ago. And Thursday, I bought a tub of whey protein to try out. But eating naturally and pushing myself past the limit. I'm already 200lbs. I'm guessing if I cut down fat, I'll be like 190lbs. What supplements did you use?

Take it down Dan. I wasn't the one to go as far as to go on Facebook and expose someone. I have questions on the subject. I want to find out, because I'm looking at the whole aspect of sports, bodybuilding and nutrition.

I hear you bro. Well what you are saying is real but most people think its taboo and rather admit to sniffing coke than using performance enhancers. But they would go to stores, buy prohormones that have 4 or 5 oral steroids in them and take it and damage themselves for less results which are more than often short lived.

I'll be honest, I have not used anything much at all and have kept it simple, very simple and I do not believe in high dosage. I believe in giving a spark and working hard with diet and dedication to turn that spark into a fire. Train hard, fail each set and hit your macros well.

I believe in high volume training and grouping major parts to sculpting while building. Heave and hard, low volume will give you a more bulky look rather than that Godly sculpted finish which is my goal......not to be big and bulky.

Okay man. I understand what you're saying. So how long it took to reach where you are right now? And what supplements you used? And how do you workout for the week?

By the way, going natural, and pushing hard, really is tough. I'm still yet to see the final result I'm looking for.

I used to use lots of mass gainers which was the biggest mistake ever. whey protein with ur oats, etc to make ur own mass gainer shake is the better route. I'm training about 4.5 years now

Current routine is:

day1 - chest/back/calves/abs - decline bench, incline bench, dips, flyes, wide pull ups, close pullups, t-bar, reverse grip barbell, seated cable row, dumbell pullover, seated calves, standing calves, crunches, leg raises

Day2 - legs/calves/abs - front squat, hack squat, lunges, extensions, stiff leg, standing curl, lying curl, standing calves, seated calves, crunches, leg raises

[every other week i start with calves, hams, quads, ending with squats]

Day 3 - Shoulders/bis/tris/calves/abs - seated dumbel shrugs, behind neck barbell press, arnold press, reversed flyes, machine reverse flyes, seated lateral raises, barbel curls, conc curls, hammer curls, close grip bench press, cable press down, dumbell overhead, seated calves, standing calves, crunches, leg raises

Day 4 - Cardio

Day 5 - Repeat day 1

Day 6 - Repeat Day 2

Day 7 - Repeat day 3

Day 8 - cardio

Every exercise is 5 sets 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 reps to failure each time

I do the same reps and sets. Except I train 3 to 4 times a week. And I work the whole body. Shoulders, back, chest, arms, legs, and my core. The job I'm doing isn't an easy one. I lift alot of heavy stuff. From 8 to 4. Manual Labour. I make an extra workout out of it. I don't even use a backstrap. Weekends I go light, but take a little rest in between. As for supplements, only home cooked food. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Proteins are chicken breast, and fish. Bread for my carbs. I drink fresh juices, water, occasionally malt drinks and coconut water. Only now, I've done reviews, bought the Whey Powder. Gonna try it. Thinking of taking the animal pak. And maybe amino acids. As I checked it out, it's derived from plants and whey respectively.

I do cardio in between my training days. Kickboxing. Not an expert at it, but using it to hopefully gain cuts naturally. I'm looking to build size at proportional state. Not be big like a bodybuilder. Don't want to lose agility, flexibility, and my reaction time.

Richard, you're overworking ur body man. Work less parts per session and let them rest to recover and grow.

I know. I'm trying to lose more bodyfat. But I do try to rest in between. And at the night. My family is big and tall. While I may not be as tall, I put on weight too fast. I'm forcing my body to change. Is that bad?

what would you give to live and trained with these guys in 70's era. Simple, no set of supplements, just go to the gym, smash weights for hours, pop dbol, hit the beach

Lesson learned.

Do NOT push yourself too hard when dehydrated. Didn't drink enough water over the course of the day.
Mankind feeling faint whole evening after my sweat yes.
