Nope. Runs games and most common apps pretty much the same as the i7.

see.... thats where i stop. I eh the guy to go and O/C nothing...
anyway.

So... since this is a PC thread... id assume windows stuff fit here...
I went by a brother (not blood) of mine and he showed me this tablet running windows...
Image
(doe arsk how d ass an iphone camera take that shitty quality shot, im shocked myself)

I was like wtf at first... why isnt it iOS or Android... then i used it. I must say, its pretty impressive. I can't wait to see what windows 8 has to offer.
I like iOS eh... but... i still need windows at the end of the day to do some things and i must say, After i plug in my external HDD into the tablet and ran a 1080p video, without stutter on Media Player... i was throughly impressed.

It was an Acer Iconia Tab W500.
AMD C50 Dual core CPU
2GB RAM
32GB SSD.
micro sd port..yadda yadda yadda.
8 hours battery life
All with a dock/keyboard for $500.

Not an iPad killer mind you... but it will give your laptop a run for its money.

^^Results may vary on individual uses eh. Plus he didn't mention whether the turbo functions on both cpus were enabled or not since that can make a difference in the clock speed for either chip.

watched that, he himself said he should have done a more compatible test, quadfire doesnt make sense, tri sli 580s would have been better, look at how close the score with the quadfire 590 is to the 6970

not in favour with the test myself since BOTH motherboard and cpu combos are highly bottlenecking the cards...

shud of ran single GPU test bench

Ah 1100T pretty weak for quad 6990 or quad 590 even, the most i would put on a 1100t is ah 5970/6970 or gtx 295/gtx 580. I have a 5970 paired with my 1090T and the 3DMark11 scores a couple hundred less than what the i7-930/5970 making. :D
