Up to when I left home in Waterloo (730AM) taps were still dry.
Hope they at least turn on the area today to refill meh two small tank

Was reading that repairs finished ....but 24 to 48 hrs to return to service ...."expect brown water allow to run until clear" ....um if I had a water meter WASA!!!!! .....wasa fb page

parts of Cunupia still no water...24-48 is more like 72-96

Mc Bean started to see return of water yesterday and as at this morning everything was normal in storage.
Water is very light brown and with a slight odor.
I certainly would have to change all filters when things settle later this week.
The positive thing about Mc Bean with new developments executed by the powerful business class we find ourselves strategically positioned.

No water in Freeport yet either. Tank holding out since weekend

Yeah fellas, just an update for who living the area I'm in charge off which is Freeport,Calcutta no 1, Chickland, Preysal, powdrie road and surrounding areas which are supplied by the Freeport plant water treatment, the plant clearwell which is fed by caroni, is low from the Caroni shut down. There will be low water pressures to no water until the plant clearwell builds back which should be by tomorrow , currently the plant is only operating on one pump out of three pumps.

Water returned to most areas of San Fernando around 12:30am this morning

I'll give Wasa credit in that they're pretty reliable down my side. I usually have a consistent supply, although a bit on the low side.

They usually stick to their advertised schedules, so I guess this big interconnection project had some serious SNAFUs
