What is ulyuh current daily cigarette average though? Mine is 1-2 normally, 4 max when is pressure in mmc.

I don`t mind people smoking but I hate people exhaling their poison around me.For those who quit congrats for those who say my father smoke for 50 years and nothing ent happen.you is not ur father hope you so lucky.

is just their father took longer to develop symptoms....not everyone has the same resistance......im sure the father suffering now from something relating to his smoking knowing or unknowingly to him.

never saw anyone in trini with that push-type throat/stoma apparatus....so u know where they are :|

I used to smoke about a pack a day.
Then I switched to dumers lights.
Now I find it a bother to go outside and smoke, I find it a bother to pass in the parlour, I can't finish a normal dumers or fine cut, my throat hurts when I do.
I think the addiction is gone now. I'm just opportunistic about it and if I don't have smoking company I just go back inside.
And UML, most people who smoke don't think it's macho or cool.

I quit for 3 years and started again during a real unhappy time. After 20 years of this dotishness, I can't say that it was ever about coolness, just reacting bad to stress.

Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I ever had to do.
Smoked for 16 years, was up to 2 packs per day when I quit cold turkey.
