if you buy a car from the dealer, and part of the package was a warranty for free maintenance for 3 years... and you dropped your car to them to service after 6 months and they turn around and say they not doing it.. will you say that is acceptable because you did not pay for the warranty??
part of the cost of a ps3 is getting access to psn.. and even tho you don't pay to use psn u have to give sony ur credit information to pay for games, themes, avatars on the playstation store... clothes, furniture and accessories on playstation home.. u also supply ur credit information to get video content off netflix and music from qriocity. sony is legally bound to protect their customers' credit information. if any person or group of persons in the future become a victim of credit card theft and can prove their information was compromised because of this issue sony will get a serious class action lawsuit in dey ass. 77 million people u talking about pardna. this ain't no jokey matter

all that diatribe aside, why is a free user ENTITLED to getting a refund? sony sells the console.. the service is optional AND FREE unlike the car example listed earlier

The very LCD and plasma HDTV's we use with all kinda up-scaling, color enhancing and processing add 4-5 frames of lag...coupled with flow (cable internet) adds another 120 ms ping i.e lag equivalent to 7 frames... so going up against the Host we running at least seven frames behind... worst yet if he is far away and running their fibre optic internet with only 20ms ping 5 which is less than the native game lag ( by the way it has been proven that mw2 has the lowest for a FPS as opposed to BLOPS)...and a good ole lag-less CRT or a TN panel gaming LCD monitor... lol yup the same ones they use in tournaments...
no wonder we see so much crazy sheit especially on blackops. what you see on your screen is not what is happening in the game...lol. Thats why the kill cam ALWAYS shows something different to what you saw!
