Argh, so I fed up! When I want cold breeze, I cant get cold breeze cuz the mc voltage too high in this area all the time.

T&tec = waste of f**king time, they want to disconnect the houses that complain meanwhile people appliances keep spoiling. I have voltage monitors on everything in the house to avoid that.

Is there something that can cut the voltage a bit? Highest I see here is 248V, when it drops its within the 230 range so the ac can run.

Our AC contractor uses this on all our central units http://www.amazon.com/ICM450-3-Phase-Li ... onditioner

It might be expensive to use on a split unit but if you going with a 3 ton and above it is a worth while investment.

Actually saw that exact monitor in Anand's Electrical yesterday. They also had another smaller one for use with split units http://www.amazon.com/ICM-Monitor-Line/ ... 6A3CMVSJAN.

On a good budget I personally find the lennox systems work excellent. Great warranty and performance. And it's only a little bit more expensive than pioneer or innovair and parts are available locally.

Well I went to the place the voltage monitor was purchased from. Guy said you can adjust the cut off voltage so I pulled it off the wall and did so.
Will do some research on work about the operating voltage for these units as the guy said 240 - 250V safe.

I placed a pioneer 12K unit in a 12L X 13W X 9H room and it works like CRAP, 16 degrees on full blast and I can sleep sheetless without freezing.

The unit was installed October 2014 brand new and has worked this way from day one, I'm fed up calling the technicians that installed it and they've checked and says everything is fine plus I clean the filters every 2 weeks, clean the outdoor unit as well. I really would like some professional help with this unit PLEASE! My room has 2 windows.

Sorry but I don't know what the gas pressure is bro, all I know is that the technician said everything is fine with the unit. I need another ac tech to have a go at this unit.
