So the letter clearly states that the wife is the one who shared the video to Shaniah. Unless Shaniah admits to sharing the video or they get her to admit to such, then I don't see how they're going to prove any of the allegations made in that letter.

The husband made a poor choice and the wife now choosing to make the hornerwoman pay for all his misdeeds..

the video did not feature any commentary by Ms. Shania - such that she did not make any defamatory statements. I can and do make a fool of myself all the time, but I don't go around claiming people defamed me by laughing or sharing said posts.

ms shania did not post the video on her page. other people posted it, but unless ms shania provided payment or other consideration, they are not her servants or agents. she is not responsible for the actions of others.

copyright covers works of art or creativity (any copyrighted work must have at least a minimal degree of creativity). so unless this was planned as a skit or something, copyright does not apply.

there is also the question if mrs ramsaroop did infact tell ms shania that the video was private and should not be shared. unless there is some explicit statement, ms shania had no reason to think otherwise. indeed why even make the video if not to intend it to be shared.
