Dude, no one is actively supporting looting here, BUT you have to understand people are actually frustrated and angry here. This isn't protesting something like gay marriage or bad roads. This is systematic racism that has people living in fear. It provokes a very visceral and angry reaction in people. They are venting and they want their anger to be heard. What makes these riots worse is that the police are a primary target. In many other countries, protesting and riots are against the government officials so the police can actively contain them better, but here any unjust action taken a policeman, even if warranted will be met by disobedience.

Combine that with massive unemployment, insanely expensive healthcare and college education, people are fed up.

US is all great and powerful, but I'd hate to be born poor and black in America.

There’s much more going on here that racial protesting, it’s being fueled by political opposition and hidden groups who want the current American system to fail.

Pretty sure this is the case as well too. Many on all sides have reasons to provoke civil disobedience.

But let's not delve too much into that because it's losing sight of a real issue.

Blacks killing blacks more than whites killing blacks isn't a sound argument. The issue here is really poverty and inequality combined with racism (both real and institutionalized).

Black on black crime is due to being poor. You can't easily compare the success of other immigrants or minorities with blacks in America and their history.

Immigrants usually have a different mindset, you'd be surprised to know one of the most successful immigrant groups are Nigerian-Americans.

Just came back from protesting out in la and that sheit felt good! I didn’t damage property or anything but I saw a lot of people doing that. Can’t say I agree with them doing it especially those that are blacked own. I say damage the big corporations! I also saw several cop cars burning, as they should! Had to run from rubber bullets and tear gas. Those rubber bullets are no joke, saw one took out this chicks upper row of teeth and another make a big ass hole in this guys leg. Minnesota Officials Link Arrested Looters to White Supremacist Groups

(CN) – As Minneapolis underwent a fourth night of protests over the death of George Floyd, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz said Saturday that most rioters arrested are from outside of the city and sought to take advantage of the chaos.

Department of Safety Commissioner John Harrington said they are contact-tracing the arrested and added that an investigation is underway about white nationalist groups posting online to encourage their members to use the protests as a cover to create chaos.

He said some of the 40 arrests made in the Twin Cities Friday night were of people linked to white supremacist groups and organized crime.
