this just goes to prove that before anyone can be allowed to operate a boat they should first undergo proper education in the handling of such, and their "boat: should be sea worthy- their boat sank, obviously , because it was a locally made flat bottom boat that they made to look like a boston whaler, they obviously did not check prevailing conditions and they were possibly overloaded.
