But if they don't the conservative Gubbament will fall.
Next up Italy France and the Netherlands.
The referendum is just an indication of the voting publics POV.
So this is like a sample ...which can be returned for a full refund.
Now we will see more sober analysis and discussion ...keep in mind there is a precedent in the EU of repeating referendums until you get the right answer.
There is something called Article 50 which is the irrevocable mechanism that must end in an Exit from the EU.
Up to and until an application is made under that Article ...at this point nothing is mandatory or legally binding

"It is a matter of fact that the older you are, the more likely you are to make the effort to vote - 78% of those 65 or over voted in the 2015 election, compared with 43% of 18-24 year olds and 54% of 25-34 year olds. Despite the last minute rush to register - which saw 2.6 million people sign up, many of them younger voters, between 15 May and the extended deadline of 9 June - the breakdown may not be radically different this time."

But the EU EPA was signed in 2008 by all Caricom member states.
Quite a number of initiatives have come out of it so far including funding Caribbean Export (Caribbean version of ExporTT) to assist Caribbean Countries in exporting to the EU..........http://trade.ec.europa.eu/doclib/docs/2 ... 149286.pdf
