is me dih tell you and others here on the site that before rowley bring it up. i dih do all the research on them and went in the highway thread and leh allyuh know dais why the highway costin so much. but when a dih say that ppl in the thread run meh and say "the highway nice doh study the price', 'at least we have less traffic now", 'i so glad i doh hafta pass in bush trace no more it en have no streetlight when yuh passin in the night"

Force majeure usually applies to unavoidable things like earthquakes, hurricanes etc. It is written into a contract to protect parties from liability in such events so unless it was specifically in OAS's contract with the contractors then is salt.
