sooo on saturday I got a new 46" samsung LED tv....as a replacement for my 42" TCL
i paid $150 extra to renew my warranty so i have a full 4 years warranty from saturday
it was real annoying back and forth with them though
but got sorted out in the end
even if you don't have your bill, your warranty is suppose to be on their computer system....but the thing is...if they realize you dont have your bill, they will tell you , you have no warranty.
they does even ask you to tell them the warranty code on the bill, even though they seeing it on their system right in front of them
is to really shoot them mc eh
so I gone from a useless 42" TV with no warranty that they wanted me to pay $400 to check, then how much ever for parts, then how much ever for them to install the part....
to finding my original bill and having 3-4 years warranty....getting a new 46" samsung tv
