This is quite a normal thing in Trini, a serious road risk the authorities need to clamp down on, but then again most of them fleet owners have people in high places. Just last September there were 2 containers which fell off trailers of the same company within a week of each other, just past Gasparillo on the South-bound. A couple drivers I have spoken to also admit to not locking their pins, they prefer the damn trailer fall on innocent folks if they have to swerve hard and risk flipping their truck.
The police focus on charging for driving without seatbelt which add a very small risk to others, but this is certainly a huge risk to the general travelling public!

So they purposely throw a container off a truck to take away attention from the $26,000 chair ?
