"H" can u drive it :/

So I went today to sort out the taxi badge, the process is just like going for yur permit except different forms to full out . I also found out from an officer that it is legal to drive the vehicle once I am not plying for hire :) an yes an off duty sign must be visible. Apart from that tho I'm good to go.

hmmmm always thought u could have went to jail for driving h......i may take my chances with just a fine

Will your insurance be valid if you get in an accident (whether its your fault or not) and it goes to court?

111. (1) No person shall drive on any road a taxi registered as
such unless he is the holder of a taxi driver’s licence issued to
him by the Licensing Authority under these Regulations.



According to this you CANNOT.

That's y even tho u can im still in the process of getting the taxi badge. So if I get stopped just produce it an move on lol

Can a person with "P" license have a vehicle registered "H" under their name?

Yes they can
