The two clubs are thus the most successful English sides in European and domestic competitions, with Liverpool having been European champions five times (11 European trophies overall) while Manchester United have been European champions three times (five European trophies overall); Manchester United have also won the Intercontinental Cup/FIFA World Club Cup twice. Manchester United have won 20 English league titles, while Liverpool have won 18. Manchester United currently have 35 domestic honours, while Liverpool have 33.

Another L for pioneer.

Sturridge and Suarez, possibly deadliest strike force in Epl.

Aguero and Negredo ?

Anyway Liverpool's defensive line will let the team down this season

Mero is correct:
Aguero and Negredo = 21
Sturridge and Suarez = 32

remember also sturridge was injured alot longer than aguero was injured and suarez was banned for first 6 games. So SAS got their goals in a lot less games.

As for liverpools defence, it is injury riddled, Johnson, Agger, Enrique, Flanagan and Kelly are all out thru injury or playing with a injury. But if SAS keep outscoring the opposition it wont matter.

Liverpool need to get Sakho and Agger working together, skertel is a mistake waiting to happen. If Suarez or Sturridge drop in form then so do liverpool in the EPL table.

thats a good ques.. i think besides his natural technical ability and knack of getting in the right places plus his ability to finish well, his constant, tireless work rate i'd say is what pushes him over the edge. The guy simply never stops running, he'll chase down a defender with the ball even when it seems he has no chance of getting it. Also besides great finishing, what is often overlooked is that he's an extremely good passer, header and free kick taker.
