Former Skybox Employee will not give me my package

Meanwhile, I swear courier employees have some kind of questionable behaviour.
Delviery guy called to drop a package to my bf who was not at work that day, so between the both of them they rescheduled to another day.
Delivery guy is no show for the rescheduled date and not answering calls. When he does eventually answer, he tells my bf he cannot deliver the package now because the invoice is lost.
My bf calls the office(courier) and the girl there says she will try to see what she can do for him because he's been waiting so long for the package, but she not making any promises.

What kinda bf is that. if i was the bf, you woulda have the package already. With extra batteries to boot.

opie, I believe there is a specific time period for you to collect your package with csf. Also, iirc, they deliver or attempt to deliver twice and then you have to go pick up the package before the time frame has passed.

contact skybox & deliver a 7-day ultimatum to get u yr pkg or u got public......if nothing, make a report to the police/fraud squad & 'do Facebook'.......

It sounds like the employee paid to clear it and then had to wait a long time for the money, so she sell it or take it.
