Might need one for my lower back as a CT scan not pulling up anything except that I should stretch more. A muscle in this area keeps giving away when moderate weight is applied. This is the 4th time having this and i'm back to normal usually in a week or so.

Paid $3400 for an MRI on my back last week as Cocorite Hospital

Reason why MRI don't work at the hospitals is that the doctors sabotage the machines . The same doctors at the hospitals are owners of these private hospitals that have these MRIs.
It's a bussines, goverment come and go and the scam continues

^^^ steupz...

Anyways... thanks for the pricing gentlemen. Have to save up to make sure is nothing serious going on in that area. Don't want to ignore it and then years later it catches up with me as a permanent thing. Airuma, i have a firm mattress already. Just started some small stretches and light exercises at home and was planning to join the gym but then this happened. Pugboy i'll take those recommendations into consideration.

Yes maj.tom will check out a licensed chiropractor for real. I'm planning to do back squats and especially dead-lifts since that was my shizz a few years ago.

What is your weight though ? Do you need to lose some pounds ? Try dieting also because every little thing ads up

True, 205lbs and i'm about 40lbs overweight. I've actually started on a small diet 2 weeks ago and breaking in easily to go all out, lost "water weight" so far.

the back core exercises can help, I know a good few ppl who have had bad back problems and thought it was the end of the world
and with rehab and mgmt live normal without surgery. Even with surgery you would still need to do rehab.

I hurt my back sleeping on air mattress last year and it was pain for months too.

It is quite likely we are all walking around with comrpessed discs etc after a certain age and most dont even know it.
