I have a couple theories about the whole loud music scene:

-men doh have the knowledge to make a SQ car, so to compensate they just make it louder
You can't tell if anything sounding good when it very loud

-compensation for a small piggy

-inability to attract a mate via proper communication skills

-they feel like Tony Stark when they learn to hook up a few subs without using an online calculator
