Or that rule applies to importation of RORO vehicles
You can buy new diesel here

you can also import "new" diesel not so? e.g. those new Fortuner, Hilux etc that Maska and others import

I think you would need to be a registered dealer.

once the vehicle(diesel) is new you dont need to be a dealer/company
