but you also have to take into to consideration, we don't have a high volume of air traffic as compared to other major airports, so normally managing the flights should be the least stressful, when something goes wrong it's probably a 1 in a 500 chance.... so the poor fellas really don't have the experience to keep calm in crazy situations.....
guys who familiar with flying our skies, large open air space with few aircraft's, with the terrain warning, collision warning, is it really that easy to still end up in a compromising situation with just seconds to react?
