Jack and the police are playing with the statistics. But then stats don't mean a thing.
Contrary to what RS is staying the truth is the problem stems from a large number of police officers not doing their job effectively.

When Dwayne Gibbs was here how police officers we used to hear about getting charged for corruption and other offences. Notice that since he's gone we haven't heard about one.....guess who got rid of him?

^ Anywhere you go there will be those that do not do their jobs effectively.

I just have to laugh at you, so because you do not read about it, it isn't happening?
Gibbs made it mandatory that any police officer being charged that it be published, this helped his perception of being the big change for the TTPS.

When all he was, was an aloof stranger who didn't give a fcuk but just here to eat a food. Up to Saturday night 2 off duty police officers were charged in St Joseph Police Station for disorderly behavior (for shouting and cursing a Dr and attendant at Mt Hope for taking too long to attend to them, they were in an accident and waited 5 hours)

Despite they having some reason for being incensed instructions were still given to charge them, so what do you think about more serious offences? Or maybe i'm lying because Express didn't have an article on it?

I'm not saying that you're lying. That would be wrong of me.

But maybe we need to hear about it more. And how was Gibbs an aloof stranger? I'm asking because I don't know what went on behind the scenes.
