I have a virus

Windows\System32\services.exe Virus identified Win64/Patched.A

How de arse do I remove it?...AVG eh doin one poops bout it...jus sayin it not accessible...

delete everything in the windows folder, no wey for the virus to hide now

well uninstalled the graphics card driver and it immediately started to cool down...the card I currently have is a PNY GTX480 Geforce...the only driver I am getting is this one...

...and that's the same driver I uninstalled to get the heat down on the card...ne suggestions?

some of the reviews on newegg mention that the card runs hot...idles @ 47c and runs bf3 @ 74c
