how to you decide novice from expert?

Competitors are separated into 2 categories during scrutineering, Novice & Expert. This is done solely based on the level of preparedness of the competitors' vehicle. The Scrutineers will advise competitors their class during scrutineering.

Is going in the water pit a seperate compition or is that part of the main event?

It is part of the main event.

Will not be able to join in the event this year as my rig is up for sale. Would like to wish all the competitors a safe and great day and the event managers a safe one.

how far up after u cross over the Hiway??

A short while after you cross over the indian trail flyover, its on your left side, easy to find

It is where Motocross used to be held. A little less than 1/4 mile after the overpass. Once you pass the church on the left the road dips and then starts to level off. The road is an oil sand road on the left just before the incline starts. Will see a Total Lubricants Marker flag.

Rally was awesome guys, I had lots of fun taking part and really enjoyed playing on the special stages. Favorite for me was the King of the Hill competition at Indian Trail, the course was nicely laid out and quiet challenging, I caught a little air over some of the bumps, some sections had my front winch mount hitting the dirt, that sharp left corner at the back of the stage got me stuck once, and the dirt hump placed to the right of the base of the final hill really had me looking hard to find the right line to get up.

The mud sprint was also quiet entertaining to watch, some fellas running some serious pony power! I only regret not being able to try the final obstacle course but that water was too deep for my low Vitara..

Now I can't wait too see all the pics from the phototakerouters that were there...

really felt it when i saw all those vans pssing by me an knowing i cudnt take part....

but congrats to the side b team on their winnings,
rene and imtiaz.....
and all of the other guys and gals who competed and supported!!!!
