typically u dont put milk in white tea neither chamomile tea or any fruit flavoured tea. black tea is flavoured with a bit of tea .

Tea contains Teanine which dissolves the lining of your stomach and can result in stomach ulcers. Adding milk dramatically reduces this effect.

Usually Hilo in Gulf City or Marabella, but I'm still using a box from last month, seeing as I don't drink it everyday, so I didn't know that it was probably discontinued.

But still check around, I sure some one of the Chinese groceries still have or any other random grocery.
