I mean ......... Like ........... I'm not gonna lie, Ian Alleyne is the biggest queen on TV and he annoys the life out of me, but it doesn't change the fact that he does in fact help out people and he has done a lot of work and busted a lot of criminal activity with the help of the public. The general public doesn't trust the police as much as they trust Ian Alleyne (which is in fact sad but true) and the man actually gets sheit done. Look at the chop yard he found in Laventille road with all the cars, look how many guns and drug holes he found in the past, his show is view by literally the entire country and then some, so when he shows a video, the entire nation sees. Just look at yesterday with "fat boy" right after the clip was aired, even though it was in horrid quality, he got information leading to his arrest.
If he makes a jail I believe that it would have some sort of protest by the "poor people" of this country until he's out; and people that wan't to compare him to Marchel, look at this. Marchel got a fine for beating a man AND a WOMAN - yet you want Ian to go to jail for doing something that ultimately helped out the family in the first place? I understand that she's a child and all and the law was broken but if you want to compare someone that does so much for the people of the country vs someone that pollutes the airwaves every carnival season .....................
