^^^ That pushup is like impossible for me to do right now. I'll keep working at it though.


I somehow missed this thread when it was created.

Test 1: Did 60 seconds. Can go for more.
Test 2: 36 pushups.
Test 3: have nowhere to do it at the moment, will get back to alyuh.

#1- Above average
#2- 40+ pushups
#3- 10+ normal

seriously i do this every day, twice a day...with test #1 and test #2 combined.

i'm still doing pullups while posting this. what a bitchass fitness test.

plank: once I lie down on my belly I not movin
push ups: 3 if I bend my knees
chin ups: are you fcuking kidding me? It hard enough to get my hands high enough to reach the damn bar

do some planks to build your core and it wont be so hard..im sure you can do this after 2 weeks of plank exercises 8-)

Pushups: 11 w/ 45lb plate

Wide-grip pullups(chinups are ghey): 9 w/ 25lb plate

Surprised dips not included in that test seeing it's about bodyweight exercises

according to what they asking for in the first page i'm at:

holding the plank at 1min 30 sec
push ups- 40
pull ups 15 (front and back is one set for me)

this is more or less a daily routine,together with 20mins sparring and a 15 min run and I good dey,not no kinda heavy iron thing nuh...I usually try to increase reps though.also add een some sit ups,burpies,half burpies..but that's on different days.
