Prior to Pulp Fiction, I believe the last movie to be banned was Juice in 1992.

Also if you ban a movie these days, all that means is that you wont see it being shown in a cinema in TnT. But you still gonna see it on cable, plus there's movie streaming sites and $5 DVDs round every corner.

when i see 'a serbian film' on that list ill judge its credibility
