i c plenty ppl complaining about signs but there are signs all over. it would just take some time to get used to. this thing would be great when completed. i for one use that flyover everyday and the new design was much needed.
note: amazing how foreigners does drive slow and read all the signs and go to the next turn off if they miss one in the USA but in trinidad.....ah well if we dont complain what would we do.
same thing used to happen in sando. the roundabout was removed and the new design was confusing but it works much better than what was there before.

It works great imo. Those leaving Pt. Lisas to head South at home time seem to have the worst of it.
