We now have modems with built in routers, sign up for 25mbps to 100mbps and get one automatically, sign up for 5mbps and pay a one time fee of 150.00 to get it.

Also I still don't understand why people say that flow throttles torrents, I think you all are just on sucky public sites, I always get full speed from torrents.

I have the 5Mbps package and my torrents have NEVER been throttled. (even using public torrents sites)
