Ent they have to keep it pressurised to keep sea water from gettin in the pipe?...

yep they throttled it down just for that purpose

saw a boat with a rig or crane or something of that sort lunchtime today was around the area and this evening when leaving work it was close to it

Up till about 5pm today it was still leaking. It's smaller now though.
