not to downgrade some of the previous offers, but its safe and reasonable to believe that a piece of that size and in the general area can fetch between 250K and 350K. give or take a little.
then again its yours you can call whatever you feel and wait until it sells.

from san do u go into marabella and take a reform/guaracara taxi via union rd . there are no official taxis or maxis that work but ph cars are aplenty .the stand is in the vicinity of fens in marabella
