I suspect he's doing a sort of insanity viral marketing campaign. The more crazy things he does seems to get the attention of the public regardless of if his actions make sense or not. This in turn helps him to get some market share, even if it is a tiny bit. With everyone who looks at these crazy videos there's at least one or two that will buy his product......
