Oh I agree with her 100percent in theory. She went a bit too far to link it to pregnancies but the free night thing is having an effect on teenagers. Their mental capacity is decreasing. There should be some regulations put in place by the telecommunications authority. Btw, I blame duane

why should the telecommunications authority regulate how your child uses his/ her phone ? that article is a huge load of BS. its totally up to parents to regulate the amount of time a child spends on the phone ... if u cant control ur child dont try to blame it on others ...
