According to Bernadette Laughlin-Scott, one of the customers, they waited for hours at the facility before they received their renewed permit. She said yesterday was the third time she came to the office to renew her permit. Scott was speaking with the T&T Guardian outside the office. The 63-year-old woman said on Monday she left the facility after being told there was no cashier available. She said yesterday she arrived around 9.15 am and left shortly after 2 pm. After I paid my money, I waited and waited and waited. Then, a lady came out and said, "sorry, we have to go for lunch now, so come back in an hour"
