basic for a trainee PPO is about $25 per hr

Mechanical dept poui & teak 5k/mth as a tech 1 i say htmc, and operator getting

Tech 1- 6k
Tech 2-8-9k
Tech 3-11-14k
OIM 25-30k

correct me if ah wrong and overtime is ah different thing eh

This includes salary and basic allowances.

nah man an ops tech 1 making about 10k, a tech 2, about 12-13k now.
Thats land based, promotions are scarce i agree but its wort it imho, after all its permament.

Nah man, T1 getting 5.5K basic, and allowances at that level are limited to shift bonus only.

most energy industries in the estate start off ops at 5-6 k a month
u may get a package deal depending on which plant but that is the range
and yes depending on which plant u working on promotions to high level would take 2-4 yrs to reach tech 3..this depends on how motivated u r

and enginners and mangers dont make that high sum either
engineers start of at 9-10k a month...trainee..eng 1 12-14k
eng 2 13-17k eng 3 17-21k etc..alu sources lying like hell to some people
its not as glamorous as people think

De Dragon, Are you working with ipsl?, because if you are; you should know that all employees get up to 12% of their salary as a housing allowance
