what sense does it make?
he just gonna deny it, all his padnas gonna deny it, all the witnesses gonna get help out quickly so they wont be around, i eh know he name, he probably gonna be the one to sign something of mine, so no i eh tell on him!

plus is Trinidad, the only place where things like these can happen!

back to topic,

a coworker came back to the office about 3'0clock this afternoon after spending the entire day at licensing office.

he went to apply for a certified copy, they asked him to wait until they called his name.
not knowing what that meant he asked around and a clerk told him that they trying to do same day certified copies.

suffice it to say that he did indeed get it the same day, but after 2:00pm, and that's after being there from 8:00 am.

he was pretty much prepared to leave and come back in a month time or so...at least he get it same day.
