Most people leave their insurance, certified copy etc in the glove box thus the thief has the address.

Also any old bill/mail etc in the car would surely have the owner's address.

Car key, a stone thingy from tobago, alarm remote and an opener.
House keys have one of those "mountain climbing" hook things to hook onto the 1st bunch if need be, but they're mostly separate.
