I was just alluding to the fact that whp figures are not always accurate. Your whp can vary depending on things like tyre pressure and ambient air temp. It is a practical way to judge the effect of mods, but only with a baseline pull under the exact conditions......I can't see how bhp figures has anything do do with rice, unless you have a 90bhp engine and 653bhp worth of stickers and flares
