Not so much a sale, but anyone in the market for a christmas tree I suggest checking out Home Express @ Bahgoutie Trace, San Juan, I purchased a 7' tree there last year for $600 ( proper base, extra branches and colour coded assembly instructions), and I've seen similar trees sell for up to $3K in some of the popular stores and they were not nearly as thick
