if the car didnt exist how was it insured??
doesnt the insurance company require a copy of ure certified copy in order to insure the vehicle?

one thing i will agree on, is removing cars that on the road with other car plates. Some of these cars are also cars bandits use, bcuz a padnah had been followed a few times, managed to get the plate that was on the b13 following him and end up seeing its a plate from a corolla, registered to someone who does not even know anyone with a black b13 on black steel rims

The level of corruption that is established in our country is very deep and hasn't started when PNM started in gov't nor when UNC or any other party got in power.
