Strangest thing about this problem is that many people(myself included) seem to be able to run youtube vids at 1080p just fine.Any other video on any other site wont run & other web pages take a bit to fully load. :?

I guess he wanted me to handle he ah food to fix it for me who knows? Whatever it is I not paying no random guy no money off the internet to fix an issue that flow is supposed to fix.

Then nismo the mod I think is some big boy in flow, I give he my CMAC address and account number and none of them have been able to fix this issue.

Will go back next week and reapply for Blink. Its gonna be painful giving up 15MB to go back with TSTT for just 1MB in this day and age. But I guess I will adapt, will try to download as much as I can right now since the floe internet works 50% of the time so when I go back to blink the 1MB should be enough to continue with things like updates etc

lmao u see what does go on when u try to explain things to simple minded people... I SAID I CAN FIX IT BUT ITS NOT MY PLACE TO DO SO AS I NO LONGER WORK FOR THE COMPANY...SPEAK TO THE PERSON IN GREEN...I ASKED YOU FOR YOU PUBLIC IP TO VERIFY THAT ITS THE SAME ISSUE I FIGURED OUT ON THE NETWORK ALREADY... geez... u rell like a drama qeen boi effective

Guys need some help here with this new Moca modem, took the upgrade a couple days ago to keep HD and while the cable is decent the new modem has been hell with my network.

With the old modem (the one without wifi) went directly to my nighthawk ac1900 and my nat was open and my CCTV was working good through remote viewing.

I've tried port forwarding, dtz, upnp and my nat is still strict, cctv is only viewable when connected to my local wifi and my sonos network is messed up.

Current setup is the moca modem with the wifi disabled and my nighthawk directly hooked up to it.
Nat mode is routed with NAT on the flow modem but Moca goes down when I switch it to bridged or routed without nat.

Any advice?

I don't know how a private company like flow can be this incompetent. Didn't C&W buy over these people?

First I am hearing of Massy Internet, I now google it as you mentioned it.

http://www.massycommunications.com/

But you are right there is no point to upgrading anything with flow, a 150Mbps connection from these people will give slower than dialup speeds these days so what is even the point?

I do not care if Digicel gives me 5MB or 10MB speeds for $200. I taking them in a heartbeat once they go live, dump these clowns running flow. You go see how they will be begging to keep customers when everyone start disconnecting their service. We really need competition from a real company, I don't mind paying more for a better service and I think by now everybody has realized this is nothing but lies from flow and tstt.

Only reason I upgraded is due to the following text and I wasn't aware of the issues.
