well i train instictively, been using the TUT principle 3 sec eccentric/1 sec concentric and doing 4 sets per exercise: 1st set being 10 reps @ 70% 1RM, 2nd set is 80% 1rm for 8reps, 3rd is 6 reps using 90% 1rm (spot may be needed), 4th set 15reps using 60% 1rm.
Foodwise, i ain't go lie, i dus eat my doubles on sunday, kfc once a wk but i prep a pot of jasmine rice, tray of baked wedges and a pot of brown rice along with baked chicken breasts to have during the course of the wk. I sometimes buy bbq/gyro if i'm really hungry after gym, but b4 gym, it's a must that i will have rice and chicken. My workouts are better!
Supplement wise, i'm currently cycling off creatine and test booster...hopping back on nex couple mths! I am using the new Orange Triad (Vitamin) powdered formula with mega-greens along with my fish oil at half dosage cus you will literally p1$$ out most of it. No specific post workout drink, just my regular Hydrowhey but literally, i just eat like i'm a somalian child at nights but carefully watching what i eat! Usually 2 tins of tuna or 12oz beef along with some butter sticks/natural delights bread. Rather the dark meat so it would feed my muscles while i'm asleep! Sure if i was incorporating a half veggie diet, i would be leaner but i eh like veggies.
