A FB contact posted the story and captioned it "R.I.P Ernie" so you may be right.

You are correct that was Earnoll Charles! He was not our rep but we knew him. RIP and condolences to his family and the Massy crew.

Nobody was on any phone. Motorcyclist was speeding out of the gas station and smashed into the side of the pickup. The pedal of the motorcycle ended up on top of the pickup cab.

now zoom in on the doubles.
check the thermozoom scanner for the temperature of the channa.
ok! Freeze and zoom in! Can you enhance it? Measure the length of of that doubles van. Lock on and enlarge the Z-axis.

We need new software!

Something else is the driver's dumb bad luck. Besides not adjusting his driving to both the road conditions as well as a busy street active with pedestrians in a residential area. The timing and velocity of both the civic and the man moving towards eachother at that tangent, may place ezekiel hidden behind the civic driver's line of sight by the cars left side cabin post. To the driver it would seem like ezekiel appeared out of nwhere in front his car even if he was paying attention to the road.

It is also possible that the close cut swinging into his lane made by the wagon that passed just before in the opposite direction, spurned him to 'watch the driver hard'. Turning his head to the right as he passed him in 'wtf' fashion, taking ezekiel out of the field of his peripheral vision.

Speed is distance over time but there are no clear markers on the road, so proving speeding is basically impossible in a court of law as there is nothing that can really be classed as 'evidence'. Even though its plain to see that that wasnt no 25kmph. Without that and with the camera showing ezekiel did not look right before attempting to cross, i think it would be hard to prove a manslaughter charge.

But drivers also make this mistake when crossing the road. Dont look Left then Right. Look right... THEN LEFT. I see many drivers approaching an intersection or main road from a minor road and look left and see the road clear and continue pushing out withut looking right first. Causing them to almost get cleared away by an oncoming truck. When driving, look Right, then left, then look back right again. Cabin posts does hide ting. And those who have dangly things from their rear view mirror. Whole pedestrians fitting in that snug u will never see hw they appear in front ur car one of these days.

If she came out from the minor onto the major road when it was not safe to do so... The person on the major road will be right... In this case he dead right.
I do not know how this incident played out but judging right and wrong from just pictures of the damage isn't easy.

Trip, it simply means the report that is generated for the insurance company AFTER a report is made to the station. It does not mean reports are only TAKEN on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The fella who took that pic should have taken the time to ask a question rather than make himself and thousands of other Trinis who automatically jump on the bandwagon look foolish

Due to that fact they should have made sure that was communicated on the sign so as not to confuse or mislead John and Jane Public.
