That's a noble gesture, however, that still allows too much movement. The virus moves with us regardless of vaccination status. This can cause more harm than good

Where is the focus on lives or our health system...Are we trying to save lives or just keep things stable while we go about our daily lives. You mentioned businesses should be safe zones what happens when black Friday comes, you know how trinis are when pricesmart opens those doors running down low Quality tvs for "bess" price every yearredmanjp wrote:hover11 wrote:

to some extent, but they wont threaten the healthcare system which directly impacts restrictions
Do you have any other suggestion at this point, it is proven they work however, even if vaccinations increased the time for persons to take their first shot and wait on their second shots, then that two weeks to attain fully vaccinated status , they might succumb to the viruspugboy wrote:fyi
lockdowns take a month or so to have any real effect
Stop this nonsense, if you didn't know this country has money.....in case you missed it we had a billion dollar budget so this country full of money, talk done lock downDMan7 wrote:Lockdowns hurt more than it helps, it affects the livelihoods of people which can lead to extreme poverty and even famine. We can't afford another lockdown. However there is something called the vaccine which has been available to us for months now that people should be taking to avoid high cases / hospitalizations and stop all this nonsense.
I don't trust an unvaccinated person calling for lockdowns when they are the reason for it. Cut the BS and get vaccinated. NOW!

What happens when you spend more than you earn?wtf wrote:If we lockdown now we will see results next year March.
Look on the bright side if a good number of old persons die then the NIS fund may be saved from bankruptcy.
